Crystal Pendulums

Crystal pendulums can be used as a tool to read energies, connect with your subconscious mind and allow you to find answers to questions when you are stuck and cannot navigate your own thoughts. Simply put, a pendulum reacts to the minute nerve reactions in your fingers that are generated by your unconscious mind in response to a question poised. So instead of trying to decide and become stressed over the process, let your unconscious mind guide you and disconnect from overthinking and external input to navigate the questions you might have.

Pendulums are a small weight, balanced on the end of a string or chain and whilst they can be made of any material there are many benefits to utilising crystal pendulums. The subtle energies of crystals can help calm the mind, ground you and activate chakras for deeper connection and attunement.

How to choose? Go with a crystal that you are attracted to, a colour or shape that you are drawn to. There is no incorrect choice with crystals. Cleanse your pendulum with whichever method you prefer and quietly connect with your pendulum, moving it in your had to see and feel it’s movements.

Sit or stand comfortably, be calm and relaxed. Hold the pendulum by the end of the chain with the weighted drop hanging down towards the ground. Focus your mind on keeping the pendulum still and balanced. Ask yourself ‘yes’ and ‘no’ questions; questions you know the answers to be yes and no. The pendulum with move, note these movements for each question and use these subtle movements as your guide. Remember your questions need to be those that are answered with a yes or no.
